One57 - The hottest NYC address

Nicknamed the 'Billionaire building' south of Central Park in Manhattan, this phenominal structure offers panoramic views over the city. It will become the tallest residential building in New York when it is completed and with a price tag of $90million, its Manhattan's most expensive high-rise apartments.

The view from the sales 'living room'

What the building currently looks like. Construction will be complete in 2013 and will look like the image above this one.

If money grew on trees...

An apartment in the prestigious if expensive address of One Hyde Park has come up for sale, if youve got anything like £65million to spare then it could be yours! The eighth-floor five-bedroom apartment has amazing panoramic views of Hyde Park and Knightsbridge and stunning interior spaces by the Candy & Candy Interior Design Firm.

Second year project renders

My final project of second year was to re-design the interior of a space we were given. I changed it to a retail space aimed at the male and female market! Below are some of the renders I produced as part of my final hand in.

Your screwed if your scared of heights

This bathroom is in the penthouse flat of an apartment in Guadalajara, México. The apartment is on the 15th floor of a 1970s Mexican Colonial Building and the bathroom is situated over the unsused elevator shaft. I would'nt fancy using this toilet...even if I was desperate. Not for the faint hearted.

Ideal Home Show 2012

I really enjoyed the show this year, probably even more than last year. Heres a selection of my favourite photos.

And we even had time for afternoon tea at Gregg Wallace's cafe!
